Privacy information

Pointline collects the contact, delivery, optional business details and receipt-roll order information you provide, to calculate freight, take payment, communicate with you and fulfil orders.

Stripe payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. Pointline does not collect or store your full payment card number. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy and security arrangements. Customer email addresses and payment/order references may be shared with Stripe to complete payment and provide receipts.

Orders and notifications

Pointline stores order records securely through server-side Netlify services. After a verified successful Stripe payment, a paid-order summary is submitted to Netlify Forms so the Pointline team can receive an order notification. Order notifications include customer contact information, delivery address, product details, freight, GST and paid total. Access to these systems should be restricted to authorised administrators.

Optional information

Company name, ABN, purchase order reference and preferred reorder interval are optional. A saved reorder preference does not schedule future payments or orders.
