Ordering with Pointline

1. Your order

Choose receipt rolls and carton quantities, enter a delivery postcode to see freight as a separate line item, and provide customer and delivery information. Pointline calculates GST and the total shown at checkout.

2. Secure Stripe payment

When you select “Pay securely with Stripe”, Stripe hosts the card payment screen. Pointline does not collect or store your card details. Your order is marked paid only after Stripe confirms successful payment; an unsuccessful or cancelled payment is not a paid order.

3. Freight and price estimates

Freight is included in your Stripe payment using either an applicable supplier reference quotation or Pointline’s fixed customer freight estimate, starting at $34.90 for the first carton and $19.90 per additional carton (ex GST). These are not guaranteed StarTrack contract rates. If Pointline cannot fulfil your order as charged, we will contact you to arrange a refund or an agreed alternative before further charges.

4. Fulfilment

Paid orders remain subject to stock confirmation and delivery arrangements. Dispatch occurs after payment verification and normal processing. We do not guarantee delivery times until confirmed by the carrier or supplier.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Nothing excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If Pointline cannot supply an accepted paid order, it will arrange an appropriate refund. Refunds are processed using the original payment method where practical.
